Jason Glace, President & CEO
Jason Glace is the founder and CEO of Deer Creek Enterprises Inc., where he combines deep technical skill, investing experience, and a competitive mindset to build high-performing algorithmic strategies. Before launching the firm in 2015, he spent more than a decade as a senior systems and project engineer, supporting vehicle survivability programs for the U.S. military. That work required sharp thinking, fast problem-solving, and precision under pressure: all traits that now shape Deer Creek’s approach to investing.
Jason and a team of programmers lead the design of every algorithm the firm uses, applying a hands-on, performance-first philosophy. His focus is on building systems that are smart, fast, and built for real-world results.
He also brings a unique edge to the table. As a retired professional motocross and snowmobile racer and former ESPN X Games athlete, Jason understands competition at the highest level. He applies that same drive to the markets, pushing to stay ahead of the curve and always looking for the next advantage.
